The Sway house are a group of boys who live together in Bel Air. They came together in 2020, January 4th. They all did Tik Tok. At the start of their fame they just made Tik Toks together but then started to make Youtube videos as well. They lived in a mansion together. TalentX Entertainment came up and brought the sway boys together making them a group. They became very popular on YouTube. The Sway House never had a official YouTube channel but would each own a YouTube channel and feature each other in them and also collaborate with other YouTubers around L..A.

It appears that in 2021, The Sway house had broke up as people were interested in different things in the group and a cheating scandal between the group, on one of their girlfriends, had rumoured around the group creating tension.
The Wave House
In September, 2021, 6 YouTubers lived together and called themselves 'The Wave House'. The business 'Yoke Network' brought them together. They lived in a massive mansion and had a production team working for them and cooks and cleaners. The mansion has a pool, gym and 13-acres of land.
The Wave House then spilt up as its said that they were kicked out by management after 3 months of living there. It is unknown for why they got kicked out.

The 'Buttercream Gang' were a group of British YouTubers who didn't live together but posted videos together weekly. They would collaborate and take turns in posting. They were all great friends and lived closely together. The group became very popular as they were much liked by everyone individually. They would make up their own challenges and games to film in their videos.
